Plato Marble was established in 2002 in Istanbul with the goal of promoting and exporting premium Turkish marble to the global market. Since its foundation, the company has participated in numerous international trade fairs and has become a trusted supplier for many prestigious projects worldwide.

Our Services

In our slab warehouses, we keep stocks of slabs produced from our own blocks as well as from other wellknown quarries and serve domestic and export markets. As a solution partner for architects and designers, we also keep a sizeable stock of high-quality imported and domestic porcelain tiles, natural stone slabs and engineered quartz slabs in a wide range of colors and patterns.

Both dolomite and marble are metamorphic stones but dolomite is a harder, more resistant natural stone thanks to its magnesium content CaMg(CO3)2 whereas ordinary marble is pure calcium carbonate CaCO3.

Marble is softer and more porous, with more veined patterns.
Granite is harder and more resistant to scratches.
Marble offers a more elegant and classic look, while granite offers a more modern look.
